Weekend Sports Roundup

A single goal from Mike Jones was enough to give Crawley Town a League One home win against strugglers Colchester United at the Broadfield Stadium.

The win keeps the Reds’ slim chance of a play-off place alive.

Meanwhile Redhill went down 2-1 at home to Herne Bay, Merstham had a good 1 nil away win in Guernsey while Three Bridges lost 2 – 1 at Leatherhead and Crawley Down Gatwick succumbed 4 – 2 at Ramsgate. Horley lost 3 – 1 at home to Epsom and Ewell, while South Park had an excellent 4 – 2 away win at Wembley.
