It wasn’t such good news for Horley Town FC who are out of the FA Cup.  They lost 4 1 away to East Preston FC in their Extra Preliminary round match.

Drive SMART Road Safety

Cyclists and motorists are urged to take their safety seriously this summer, as the number of cyclists on the roads increases during the drier months.

Drive SMART is a joint initiative between Surrey County Council and Surrey Police.  Surrey County Council figures from 2014 show that one in five accidents involving cyclists, happens at a junction. The campaign emphasises that this is an area where both motorists and cyclists need to be more aware of each other.
