Women football is more popular than ever on the back of the Lionesses success!

The Foodbank at St Matthew’s Redhill is making a massive impact to the local community. In this interview we hear how the founder came across this idea, through to how to access the service and how to volunteer and donate food items. We also speak to three volunteers to get their perspective too.

Radio Gardener Jean Griffin brought us up to date with the chores that need to be done in the late Spring garden including looking after the tomatoes, planting the French Beans and making sure the greenhouse is Summer ready.

Kate Curtis, Chief Charity Officer of local foodbank Loveworks spoke about the work they are doing to keep up with the growing number of people needing help and the Reigate street collection taking place on Tuesday 21st May.
