Photo shows Crawley Town Life Saving Club’s Youth team, taken at the moment they were announced as Youth National Champions.
Thirty six members of Crawley Town Life Saving Club have returned triumphant from the National Pool Life Saving Championships in Somerset.
They took both the Youth and Open National team titles along with at least 5 new British records and 119 medals, 68 of which were gold.

We have been following the fortunes of two local pubs under threat of closure. The Garibaldi in Redhill and The Limes in Merstham.
The latest on the Garibaldi is that it has closed and is currently boarded up. However the Friends of the Garibaldi are in negotiation with the owner with a view of taking on the lease. We hope to have more news on their progress in the coming weeks.
